1) How to Contact Us

2) Return Window

30-Day Guarantee: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
3) Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, undamaged, and resellable

In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and inserts
Electronics & smart accessories (e.g., dash cams, pumps, vacuum robots, projectors, CarPlay units) must include all cables, remotes, adapters, protective films, and retail packaging.
Lighting products (table, wall, camping lamps) must include bulbs (if supplied), mounts, shades, and charging cables.
4) Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or made-to-order items

Business/project orders (bulk or contracted commercial purchases)

Items returned used, damaged, or missing essential packaging/accessories (unless defective)
5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email shopgo.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos/video.

Upon validation, we’ll offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund and cover return shipping (if a return is required).
6) Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

For defect/our error, ShopGo covers return shipping (when a return is required).

Always ship with a trackable service and share the tracking number. Returns without tracking may be lost; we can’t issue a refund for items we don’t receive.
7) Return Authorization (RA) Required
Do not send items back without authorization. Once approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns without RA may be refused.

9) Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear (bank/issuer processing times vary).

If items are not in original, resellable condition, a partial refund may apply or the return may be declined.
10) Exchanges
Need a different item or variant? We can process an exchange after your return is received and approved. Stock is subject to availability; otherwise, we’ll issue a refund.
11) Order Cancellations

You can request a cancellation in writing (email shopgo.help@gmail.com) before the order ships.

If the order has shipped, please follow the standard return process.
12) International Returns & Duties
We ship worldwide. International returns are welcome; however:

Original shipping, duties, and taxes are not refundable (where applicable).

Any return duties/taxes charged back to ShopGo may be deducted from your refund if we are billed by the carrier.
