Welcome to ShopGo (“ShopGo,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy (together, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Online Store Terms

  • You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or you have parental/guardian consent for any minor dependents who use the site in your account.

  • You must not transmit worms, viruses, malicious code, or otherwise compromise the site’s security.

  • We do not warrant that the quality of products/services will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7) Orders, Billing & Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those that appear to be placed by resellers/distributors. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order.

  • If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update details (including email, addresses, and payment methods).

  • We may use third-party payment processors and/or ecommerce platforms to process transactions securely and to screen for fraud.

8) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to third-party websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Use third-party tools or websites at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

9) User Content, Reviews & Submissions

If you send ideas, reviews, suggestions, proposals, or other materials (“Comments”), you grant ShopGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display them in any media. We are not obligated to (1) keep Comments confidential, (2) compensate you, or (3) respond.

You confirm your Comments do not infringe third-party rights, contain unlawful/abusive/obscene content, or malware. You may not use a false identity. You are solely responsible for your Comments.

11) Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

From time to time there may be typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct, change, or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate—at any time and without prior notice (including after you submit your order).

12) Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Service or its content:
(a) for unlawful purposes; (b) to violate laws/regulations; (c) to infringe intellectual property rights; (d) to harass/abuse/defame or discriminate; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload malware or malicious code; (g) to collect others’ personal information without consent; (h) to spam, phish, crawl, or scrape; (i) for obscene or immoral purposes; (j) to interfere with security features. We may terminate your use for any violation.

13) Shipping, Customs & Returns (Summary)

  • Transit estimates: typically 7–12 business days after dispatch (see Shipping & Delivery Policy).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes determined by your country.

  • Returns/exchanges follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopGo and our officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits/revenue/data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service or products—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (e.g., for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights).

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopGo and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law/third-party rights.

16) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

17) Termination

These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. You may stop using the Service at any time. If, in our sole judgment, you fail or we suspect you have failed to comply with these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access without notice. Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination.

18) Entire Agreement; No Waiver

These Terms, together with the Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShopGo regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.

19) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace any part by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance.
